Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. They do not include order-processing time. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. It may take some time for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs procedures may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged deliveries, include photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate the issue.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
